Challenge

Make an annual results conference emotionally relevant.

The event had to summarise the year, align managers from Moscow and the regions around the next direction and keep a familiar corporate format from becoming predictable.

Content system

Use original video as part of the event dramaturgy.

Different films were created for different communication tasks: a social story, a music video with employees, an incentive-trip film, an infographic-based annual-results piece and the final event recap. A motivational speaker added another layer to the program.

Video as the emotional spine

The content package included a social film about employment and inclusion, an employee music video, a story around an internship in Thailand, an infographic summary of the year and post-event content. Developing the video layer over four months allowed it to function as part of the conference story rather than as decoration between presentations.

Role

Creative production, conference concept and dramaturgy, content-format development, video-production coordination, speaker-program integration, visual communication and event delivery.

Why it matters

The case shows how corporate information can be translated into different emotional formats instead of relying only on presentations. The event became a platform for reporting, motivation, employee participation and future-facing communication.

Result

The project led to formal client recognition and an invitation to continue the collaboration, adding independent client evidence to the creative and production outcome.
