RADISSON RESORT ZAVIDOVO
Four consecutive years of New Year entertainment and production programming designed not as a single gala, but as part of the complete resort guest journey.

Entertainment has to live inside hospitality operations.
A resort holiday program is not one isolated show. Guests move through several spaces, age groups and moments of the stay, so entertainment needs to create atmosphere and rhythm without competing with the hospitality experience.
One concept across welcome, hotel spaces, gala and the days after.
The work connected arrival moments, visual styling, headline entertainment, children’s and adult programming, interactive activities, technical production and the wider holiday schedule.
Four years of resort entertainment
The complete published case archive across the annual concepts: styling, guest journey, family programming, gala shows and headline performances.
2021: turquoise, gold and a three-metre polar bear
The guest journey began with a large-scale polar-bear welcome character and continued through coordinated hotel styling, a staged surprise by singing chefs, family entertainment, New Year characters, interactive activities, fireworks and a headline music performance.
2022: New Year chalet
For the next edition, the property was transformed with a warmer loft / chalet visual language. The program combined a headline appearance and hosting by Mitya Fomin with guest entertainment, children’s programming, fireworks and a complete technical and decorative production layer.
2023: Candy Land
The fourth consecutive year moved into a deliberately theatrical Candy Land world with oversized candy canes, sweets and lollipops throughout the hotel. Eva Polna became the headline performer for the New Year evening.
Production scope
Styling of guest areas, banquet-hall scenography, welcome-zone design, photo zones, sound, lighting and video production, photography, video, animation programming, guest activities and fireworks.
Role
Entertainment concept and programming, guest-experience logic, production planning, scenography, technical coordination, performer integration and on-site delivery.
Why four years matter
A repeat engagement is a different kind of proof from a one-off event. The format had to remain operationally dependable for the resort while being creatively renewed each season so returning guests did not simply experience the same New Year again.
International relevance
The same thinking applies directly to resorts and destination entertainment internationally: understand guest rhythm, operational constraints, different audience groups and the emotional identity of the property before designing the show layer.
