BIG DAY IMPULSE
A six-city product-presentation roadshow designed as a more dynamic, technology-led experience, combining business content, exhibition, synchronized multimedia and evening show direction.
Turn a product roadshow into a shared live rhythm.
The project needed to keep a strong business and product focus while increasing energy, participation and emotional continuity throughout the day and into the gala program.
Multimedia, light and audience participation working from one script.
Guests received illuminated wristbands used at key scripted moments. The business program opened with custom video content, speaker entrances were directed individually, and the evening block began with an opening film synchronized with programmed lighting and laser effects.
Conference, welcome and exhibition shaped as one environment.

Role
Creative production, event dramaturgy, show direction, speaker-flow direction, multimedia opening logic, exhibition experience, entertainment programming and coordination of visual and technical elements.
Experience design
The exhibition used a renewed product-display environment, while the gala connected quizzes, brand-related interactions, live music, prize mechanics and lighting and laser sequences. The result was a format where conference, exhibition and entertainment supported the same overall creative direction.

The visual system, from first frame to live environment.
